The Flood is upon us because of the piping in the flat.
And we're doomed becauseon Sundays the emergency numbers become less urgent and because the bodyguard, the only person available has to wai for his boss, in order to be authorized to make some calls.
The bottom line, in UK, unless you are authorized, you can die waiting for someone to take care of your problems.
If the procedures do not allow a call, as urgent as it may be, it doen't matter.
It doesn't matter if someone is in breach of contract, as long as you are an outsider, you cannot win. Maybe if you start freathening with suing - less assertivity, more profit.
